A recent Florida Times Union story detailed multiple cases brought by the Terrell Hogan law firm on behalf of former patients of two local plastic surgeons. They allege that a breast-implant manufacturer, Allergan, aided and abetted the surgeons in defrauding them and other patients to have unnecessary breast-implant surgeries. Creed & Gowdy is assisting Terrell Hogan in two of the cases pending in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  Bryan Gowdy recently argued in those two cases at a hearing before U.S. District Judge Howard.
