Thomas Burns, a board certified appellate specialist, has been selected as a speaker at the upcoming Advanced Appellate Practice and Board Certification Review presented by the Appellate Practice Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Burns will be using his professional experience with federal litigation to discuss principles and recent developments in federal appellate practice.
