On January 10, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments in Gallardo v. Marstiller, where Bryan Gowdy appeared in-person to represent the Petitioner. The Petitioner, a young girl who struck by a truck and later received a settlement for her tort claim her devastating injuries, was sued by the state of Florida to recover Medicaid funds from that settlement.
