A recent article by the Miami Herald looks at the claims by owners of properties confiscated during the Cuban Revolution against the cruise line ships that use those properties as their port of call in Cuba. Several of those cases have the potential to head to the U.S. Supreme Court, including the 11th Circuit case mentioned in the article.
