On January 12, 2023, Bryan Gowdy appeared as a panelist discussing civil cases at the virtual Florida Supreme Court 2022 Year in Review hosted by the American Constitution Society. Mr. Gowdy's co-panelists were Michael Ufferman, discussing criminal cases; and Maegen Peek Luka, discussing rule changes.
