Federal Courts

We have extensive experience litigating matters in federal courts. Several of our attorneys worked as law clerks for federal trial and appellate judges. We have orally argued two cases in the Supreme Court of the United States, and we have handled many cases there at the certiorari stage. We routinely brief and argue cases in Eleventh Circuit, the federal appellate court that hears appeals from Florida's federal courts. We also have handled appeals in the federal appellate courts for the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, and Ninth Circuits.  We routinely serve as co-counsel in the federal trial courts on complex matters, primarily in Florida, and occasionally outside of Florida.
